Yes, we can organise rip-out and disposal of your existing joinery. Rip out of existing joinery – Includes allowances for removal of cabinets, removal of splash back tiles and dumping of all waste. PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING IS NOT INCLUDED. Where required removal of splash back tiles may require gyprock sheeting to be cut out as tile glue may cause excessive damage to gyprock in which case a plasterer will be required. Plumbing and electrical disconnection/ isolation is not included. Shifting of services and in most cases a plumber will be required prior to joinery installation to tidy/ prep for new joinery.
No, we can cover the existing footprint to some extent. This is achieved by making the kitchen cabinets slightly larger. Let our designer know and they will advise if this is possible.
We recommend having your floors prepared (sanded & sealed) prior to installation and completed once your joinery and bench tops have been installed. The trades will be working on top of it and scuffing may occur.

Yes, we include a standard cutlery tray in your kitchen quote. If you would like other modular tray systems, please advise your designer when picking colours etc and they will advise what will best suit your design.

10% deposit on signing of quote.
70% progress payment required before delivery of joinery.
20% final payment require on completion of.

We provide a 1-year warranty on our joinery from purchase date. This covers faulty workmanship.
We expressly exclude:
Damage or defects due to accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorised devised or failure to follow any maintenance instructions, or
Normal wear and tear, and
Incidental or consequential damages, losses or costs.
This guarantee does not extend to any damage occasioned by water, fire, accident, misuse, lack of proper care or normal deterioration by wear and tear.
Our liability in respect of defects in materials and components used in the manufacture of any product shall be limited by the warranties issued by the suppliers of such materials and components and the suppliers acknowledgements that a defect exists.
